Angle Racks in the online examination Centre, of the District Office, Kerala public
service commission, Tiger Hills building, Kasaragod as per the conditions and
specifications mentioned below

Conditions
1) The Quotation should be forwarded to the District officer, Kerala Public
Service Commission, District Office, Tiger hills building ,Kasaragod.
2) The envelope containing the quotation should be superscribed as quotation for
Steel Slotted Angle Racks
3) The last date fixed for receipt of the quotation is 16.01.2024 at 4 pm.
4) The quotation will be opened on 16.01.2024 at 4 pm by the District Officer,
Kerala Public Service Commission, District Office, Tiger Hills building,
Kasaragod. The person who have submitted the quotation are allowed to be
present at the time of opening of the quotation.
5) The decision of the district officer regarding the acceptance or rejection of any
quotation is final.
6) The amount quoted is to be the total amount required for the supply of Steel
Slotted Angle Racks including Transportation charge, Loading and
unloading charge, Assembling charge and GST. etc
7) Payment will be made only after the production and fitting of the product, as
per Govt. rules.
8) The right to reject any quotation in full or in part without assigning any reason
thereof is reserved with the purchasing authority.
9) No representation for enhancement of price one accepted will be considered
during the currency of the contract.
