Description - The public market is a framework agreement which sets out all the contractual stipulations. It is executed as purchase orders are issued under the conditions set out in articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. The framework agreement is concluded with a minimum and a maximum expressed in quantity within the meaning of article R2162-4, 1° of the public procurement code.
