Description - Description: 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of technical material (TŚM) to military equipment (SPW).2. The duty, quantity and detailed description of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 1 to SWZ- description of the subje ct of the contract, which the Employer will transfer to the invited offers to contractors who meet the conditions set out in the advertisement.3. The Employer provides for the right of options in the said proceedings. The order should be processed within 90 days of the conclusion of the contract, however, not later than by 31.10.2025. Depending on which dates are first.Optional order - the implementation of the order should be completed by 31.10.
