Sealed quotations are invited from the reputed food suppliers for supply of
Tiffin Packets to the participants during celebration of Welcome to New Entrants
- 2023 of Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya Sangathan, Bhubaneswar which to be held
on 24.06.2023. The quotation should reach to the undersigned by Speed Post /
Registered Post / in person on or before 21.06.2023 by 4:00 P.M. The
undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all quotations without informing
any reason thereof. A detail of the specification is as follows:

Requisite Documents should be submitted:
1 GST Registration Certificate.
2 PAN Card of the supplier.
Terms and Conditions
1. The Goods/ Packets must be as per the specification.
2. The rate quoted by the supplier should be inclusive of all taxes and
transportation charges etc. Otherwise quotation will not be considered.
3. Total amount of quotation will be considered for determination of lowest rate.
4. The quotation will be received in drop box at the OAVS.
5. Last date of submission of quotation is up to 4.00 P.M. on dt.21.06.2023 and
the quotation will be opened at 4.30 P.M on the same day.i.e. 21.06.2023.
6. Tiffin packets are to be supplied on 24.06.2023 by 1:00 P.M.
7. Payment will be made in shape of account payee cheque or to NEFT / RTGS
after submission of bill / vouchers.
8. I.TDS will be deducted as per rule.
9. Quality of food will be verified by the Committee constituted by OAVS prior
to release of payment.
