Description

Quotations/rates are invited for printing, manufacturing, fabrication, packing and supply of
25000 (increase or decrease by 25o/o) posters of Jaadui Pitara as per the specifications given
below:
1 . What is Missing Cards - (without Box), Code No.21 176 - 12 Cards in each set.
2. Memory Cards - Smriti Card (with box), Code No 21170 - 10 Cards in each set
Specifications of these cards is as follows:
A. Size of the cards - 5.5' x 8.5"
B. Printing - By Offset
C. No. of Colours: Sl. No. 1 is 4+1& Sl. No. 2 is 1+1, box is 4+0
D. Lamination - Both side of the cards and one side of box
E. Fabrication - For Sl. No. 1 Spiral binding on the shorter side (Left side) of each set of 12
cards
F. Die-Cutting of both Sl.no. 1&2 (round corners) and boxes of Sl.no.2
G. Paper for cards - 300 GSM Art Card
H. Paper for box - 300 GSM SBS Board
l. Packing- Set of 10 cards of Sl.no.2 is to be inserted in box and boxes & booklets will be
packed in corrugated boxes
J. Spot UV Coating with raised embossing on front card of Sl. no.1
Please note that the job is to be delivered at NCERT Godown, Delhi/Noida and delivery
schedule will be 30 days from approval of ferro proofs.
The rates are to be quoted in the enclosed performa. The quoted rates duly sealed in envelope
should reach at Publication Division, NCERT, New Delhi-110016 by 2:00 pm on 30.11.2023
