This is to invite sealed estimates/quotations from intending firms having valid GST and PAN Numbers for the Supply, Testing, Installation, and Maintenance for the articles mentioned against Serial Numbers A-l, A-2, A-3, A-4 and A-5 separately

Note:
1. Minimum required specification is attached herewith as Annex."A”, “B”, ”C”, ”D”, "E”, «F", “G", “H” and “I”.
2. Intending firms may participate in one or more categories mentioned against Serial Numbers A-l, A-2, A-3, A-4 and A-5 separately with this Tender Notice.
3. Bidder are requested to submit their bids as per the attached proforma for aforementioned 05 categories in separate envelops.
Terms and Conditions
a) The Firm will submit its written undertaking for providing 03 Years onsite warranty of the aforementioned articles, during the warranty period as provided by the OEM/Bidder.
b) The Firm will submit a @3% cost of quoted value as EMD charge (in round Figure) in the name of the Registrar General, High Court of Chhattisgarh, Bilaspur at the time of submission of quotations, same will be returned to the firm as per the Chhattisgarh Store Purchase Rules 2002.
c) EMD Exemption: Only Manufacturers of goods are eligible for exemption from EMD.
d) The EMD charges will be returned to the Ll-Bidder after receiving PBG at the amount of 3% of the first order value. (In case of cost of articles are exceeded Rs. 10,00,000/-)
e) The Firm should be established Office/Service Center/Field Engineer at Bi-laspur/Raipur of the Chhattisgarh State (Kindly attach the details with quotations like address, Name of the Offices/Proprietor with e-mail ID and Mobile Numbers).
f) The Firm shall submit the rates of only good quality heavy-duty use Products, which are available with the bidders and on being demanded, the firm will supply the said articles within 45 days.
g) The required quantity of aforementioned articles may be increased or decreased. It will depend on our actual requirements.
h) Unit Price of the article should be including packing, forwarding, freight, insurance, installation, configuration, commissioning, warranty, comprehensive maintenance for 3 years warranty period or any other charges, in the following format :-
Note: Bidders must submit their bids in separate envelopes for each of the aforementioned articles. The envelope for each article must be clearly marked with the serial number of the article. |
