Quotation Call Notice For All in One Printers
Sealed quotations are invited from the authorized suppliers / Registered vendors having PAN / VAT etc. for supply and installation of three All in one Printers (Scanner cum Printer machine) for OSCB branches. The detail specification for the same is given below:

Interested bidders may submit their sealed quotations in the prescribed format indicating “Procurement of All in One Printer” on the cover of the envelope to OSCB , detail address within 7 days period. The quotations shall be opened on the same day at 1500 hrs in presence of the representatives of the bidders. OSCB reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reasons thereof.
Terms and Conditions
1. Only those sealed quotations which are as per the terms and conditions, duly signed and valid will be taken up for evaluation. The Prices should be quoted in Indian Rupees only.
2. All duties, taxes and other levies payable by the contractor under the contract shall be included in the total price.
3. The quotation should accompany and photocopy (one each) of the following documents:
• Sales Tax / Service Tax Regn. No.
• PAN/TIN No.
• VAT No.
4. The Purchaser will award the contract to the bidder whose quotation has been determined to be substantially responsive and who has offered the lowest evaluated quotation price.
5. 100% payment shall be made against successful delivery and installation.
