Other Terms and Conditions:
1. The rate shall be expressed in both figures and words.
2. The rate of the items spelt out in the quotation shall remain valid for a minimum period
of 180 days from the date of opening of the bid. The rate of the item quoted by the bidder
shall not be subject to adjustment on any account.
3. The supply order shall only contain one of the fertilizeritem either N:P:K 10:26:26 or DAP,
based on which the quantity of the fertilizer MOP will be assessed and included in the
supply order considering the total value of the quoted items.
4. The quantity of the items shall be rounded off based on the pack size of the respective
items.
5. The supply of item must be completed within 15 days from the date of receipt of the
supply order.
6. 100% payment will be made through CBS or NEFT only after satisfactory supply of items
in good condition.
The Terms and Conditions mentioned above shall be abided by each bidder, failing of which
his/her bid/ supply order shall be cancelled. The undersigned preserves the right to cancel the
whole notification in any circumstances. The undersigned also preserves the right not to select
lowest bidder.
