Description - Telford and Wrekin Council are looking to procure services for Support and Personal Care Services for Children and Adults. This Dynamic Purchasing System will work to source care over a variety of functions, to include domiciliary care for Children a nd Adults, residential/nursing placements for Adults, and day care placements for Adults. There is an expectation that providers will have the relevant experience, knowledge and expertise to be able to deliver the services as outlined in the corresponding specification documents.This is a flexible agreement for Support and Personal Care Services that works to The Authority Commitment Statement; Right Help, Right Time to Promote Independence.
