Description - This consultation concerns support services for the on-site management of kitchen and table waste from Mayennais public colleges. The procurement procedure used is the adapted open procedure. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 1° of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement with minimum and maximum is concluded in application of articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 18 months from the date of notification of the contract, renewable once
