Description - This consultation concerns support services for the development and implementation of a network of shared composting sites. This is a single-award framework agreement subject to the provisions of articles R.2162- 2 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 and R.216 2-14 of the Code. It will be concluded with a single (1) economic operator. The framework agreement has a maximum amount set at 214,999 euros excluding tax over its total duration. The services covered by the framework agreement will be settled with regard to the quantities actually delivered or executed on the basis of the unit prices indicated in the BPU.
