Description - The contract includes optional installments defined in the specifications. The services are regulated by unit and fixed prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include similar services envisaged. The Community is engaged in a process of comp liance with the GDPR materialized by the appointment of a data protection delegate. The General Data Protection Regulation in force since 2018 imposes numerous obligations on the Region, including the establishment of a register of processing activities. This register consists of an exhaustive map of personal data processed within all services and departments of the Community. The register thus constitutes the basis of the GDPR compliance process
