Description - Description: As a result of the acquisition, we want a comprehensive report on the biochar potential of the mixture of sewage treatment plant sludge and municipal biowaste and the biochar market. Packaged bio-waste is collected separately in Kuusamo, and approx. 1,000 tons of it is generated annually. The sludge from the sewage treatment plant is dried with a screw dryer and its dry matter percentage is approx. 20%. Approximately 4,500 t of sludge is produced annually.
