Description - Description: The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the completion of an investigation and the preparation of a report that explains why households that have the option of a fiber connection choose not to make use of this opti on. Nationally, the coverage rate for fiber is 87.2%. However, only 71.9% of these households are connected. The difference between households that have fiber coverage (HP) and households that are connected (HC) is therefore 15.3 percentage points.
