Description - Framework agreement with purchase orders concerning the sweeping of smoke ducts, burnt gas ducts and natural ventilation ducts on the m2A Habitat property. The services are divided into 2 lots. Purchase orders will be issued as m2A Habitat needs them . The framework agreement includes permanent services and one-off services. This is an ordinary contract with regard to permanent services and, with regard to one-off services, a framework agreement concluded without a minimum amount but with a maximum estimated amount of 75,000.00 euros excluding tax per year per lot. , in application of articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
