Description - Description: The swimming pool and hot tub, located within the NexSource Centre at 4823 49 ave, Sylvan Lake, currently have fiberglass filter tanks that are requiring replacement as they are well past their lifecycle expectancy. We reserve the right to salvage some of the equipment. The annual pool shut down maintenance is scheduled for August 17-September 26, 2025, and would be the ideal time to have this project completed.This project includes the following:• Removal of the strainers, pumps, valves, variable frequency drive, and flow meters.
