Description - Description: Work to be performed under this project consists of providing all labor, equipment and materials to replace the 60-ton TRANE R-22 Chiller with a TRANE R-410A Chiller. The condenser and evaporator of the new chiller shall be of shell and tube design. The cooling tower shall be replaced with a Tower Tech cooling tower. Both hot and chilled water pumps need to be replaced, along with all new electrical panels. Controls are to be upgraded to PSFB EMCS standards. All piping in the Mechanical Rooms, with the exception of the piping to the boiler, is to be replaced. All the AHUs in the facility needs to be replaced as well.
