Description - The California National Guard intends to issue an Invitation for Bids to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision neces sary to perform and complete the Maintenance Hangar Repair project at the 146th Airlift Wing.  The project consists of renovating office spaces, shops, classrooms, restrooms, telecommunication rooms, roofing, and structural components.  Furthermore, the project replaces HVAC systems, units and control systems with higher efficient systems.  The anticipated contract duration will be 365 calendar days after notice to proceed to include inspectio
