Description - Description: 1.2 The objective and extent of the procurement, DIO, shall procure a SaaS system for meeting room booking with associated services and some equipment. The objective of the procurement is a streamlined way of administering meeting rooms and other common rooms for meeting room managers and for users to book rooms that shall have access to one or several of the rooms the system manages.
