Description - Description: The task of the winning bidder in the 1st public procurement part is to - operate the Academic buildings of the SZTE, its real estate stock, educational and economic buildings and related assets (total useful floor area: 341,884 m2) list ed in the public procurement documentation (Technical Description according to Annex 1), - perform repair and maintenance (construction - masonry, plasterboard installation -, trade - carpentry, tiling, painting, glazing, upholstery -, building engineering - water and gas pipeline installation -, assembly industry - locksmith - and building electricity) works, and - provide on-site technical support and mobile technical standby service as needed.
