Description - Description: The City requires a vendor to provide a full winter maintenance program for transit bus stops and shelters located throughout the City. The term of the contract shall be two (2) years commencing October 1, 2025, to March 31, 2027. Bidder s must submit a firm rate for the first 2 years of the contract. At the direction of the Manager of Transit, this contract may be extended for up to two (2) additional, twelve (12) month periods (October 1, 2027, to March 31, 2028, and October 1, 2028, to March 31, 2029) for a maximum of thirty-six (36) months, at the same terms and conditions.
