Description - Description: Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced operator to lease, equip, run and manage the business of a licensed restaurant in Carss Bush Park located at 72 Carwar Avenue, Carss Park NSW 2221.The successful tenderer will be required to enter into a lease agreement of the Premises with Council for a period of five (5) years, with an option to extend the Lease for a further five (5) years at Councils sole discretion.
