Description - Description: The Cluster Coordinator (Consultant) will support the implementation of the pilot Graduation/Empowerment program in one geographical cluster i.e., covering 2-3 districts in the Southern region, in coordination with the implementing agenc y and ADB project team. The Consultant will serve as the cluster coordinator for the pilot program in that region, ensuring close coordination with all stakeholders and quality implementation of program interventions. The Consultant will work with the Department of Samurdhi Development (DSD) at the district, division, and GN level to support the implementation of the pilot program for selected poor and severe poor households in the 2-3 districts
