Description - Description: he M&E Specialist will support DSD in strengthening its monitoring and evaluation (M&E) system for the Empowerment Program to track progress and quality of the program activities. This includes refining the M&E system for the program pil ot, supporting the development and operationalization of monthly data collection, analysis, visualization, and reporting for program-level and household-level monitoring indicators, and providing recommendations on ways to make them user-friendly and efficient.
