Description - Description: The Project monitoring and evaluation expert who is responsible for finalizing and facilitating approval of the project monitoring and evaluation manual of official development assistance (ODA)-financed projects, especially ADB-funded pr ojects, is to be led by TA coordinator and supervised by the Ministry of Finance (MOF) and incorporate the monitoring and evaluation methodologies into the PIMIS, organize trainings based on this Impact assessment manual and rating methodology.
