Description - Description: The project is funded and administered by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), and executed by the Ministry of Health (MOH). The Project Implementation Unit (PIU) will report to MOH and ADB, and will be responsible for day-to-day implementa tion of the project. PIU will be headed by Project Coordinator, and composed of designated staff, including Technical Coordinator - Public Health Specialist, and Finance and Administrative Coordinator. PIU staff will be hired for the entire implementation period of the project.
