Description - Description: The consulting firm will provide technical assistance, policy and regulatory advisory services, and related capacity building to Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labour, Health and Social Affairs, c ommonly referred to as the Ministry of Health (MOH), for the three different outputs of the technical assistance (TA) project. The TA project's outputs include: (i) Geographic expansion of the state-funded home care and personal assistant services strengthened; (ii) Tools and processes for home care and personal assistant services upgraded; and (iii) MOH’s management of human resources for home care and personal assistant services strengthened.
