Description - Description: The consultant will: (i) undertake an in-depth analysis of poverty and social implications of the project; (ii) identify the transmission channels and potential impacts (positive and negative) on the project beneficiaries, especially the poor and vulnerable groups; (iii) identify areas where SMC and PFIs can improve project impacts on the poor and vulnerable groups and develop relevant inclusive design features; (iv) prepare a summary Poverty and Social Assessment (PSA) report and social development action plan (to reflect the inclusive design measures and actions to enhance the opportunities for the poor and vulnerable groups as well as mitigation measures for managing the risk
