Description - Description: The expert will perform his/her obligations under a contract with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and will primarily work with the MOEC. The expert shall visit the ADB’s Kyrgyz Resident Mission once every two weeks (or at other regula r intervals as directed) to report on his/her consulting activities and progress on deliverables. The Expert shall also submit progress reports to the appropriate MOEC deputy minister and Coordinator from the MOEC (MOEC deputy minister in charge of the external relations and donor assistance) and ADB at the end of each calendar month, which shall be the basis for payment of the consulting fee by the Customer.
