Description - Description: The Project Manager will be responsible to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of NMPA for all aspects of the implementation of the project. The Project Manager will be integrated into the project management unit (PMU) under NMPA and lead the PMU. An individual specialist will be engaged for eight months of intermittent input. The consultant's contract will be reviewed and subject to performance evaluation and will be extended as required and funding availability.
