Description - Description: The national financial management specialist (the consultant) will perform FDD during the processing of the 58041-001 BHU: Enhancing Food Security through Smallholders’ Climate-Adaptive Potato Production. The FDD activities comprise (i ) financial management assessments (FMAs) of the executing and implementing agencies, (ii) cost estimates and financing plans, iii) financial analyses of the executing and implementing agencies, and (iv) financial evaluation (financial cost-benefit analyses), where applicable.The consultant will report directly to the dedicated ADB FM staff of the project, who will provide the overall framework and direction.
