Description - Description: To support GOU, ADB is seeking to secure the placement of Civil/Structural Engineer as Site Consultant (the "Consultant") for a period of up to 6 months as Phase One, assuming up to 50 field days or assessment of up to 150 sites. The Con sultant will conduct site visit and assessment of technical conditions for (i) site suitability and accessibility of greenfield land plots for new construction, and (ii) possibility of demolition, reconstruction or retrofit of brownfield land plots.
