Description - Description: The International Procurement Expert will be responsible for supporting MOH in the development and implementation of the project’s advance contracting actions. These include advertising and reviewing expressions of interest for the con sultants, design and construction supervision firms, accounting firms to be contracted at the beginning of the project. They also include setting up the documentation necessary to procure office equipment, IT equipment, and office furniture.
