Description - Description: The consultant will work closely with the Principal Climate Change Specialist, Climate Change and Sustainable Development Department (CCSD); Climate Change Specialist, CCSD; relevant ADB departments/staff/resident mission; as well as an international consultant to develop the energy sector parts of Cambodia’s NDC 3.0. The consultant will be engaged for 45working days on an intermittent basis from 15 February to 30 June 2025.
