Description - Description: The purpose of taking out a loan in the amount of PLN 39,509,813.88 is to finance the deficit of the Municipality's budget and repay previously incurred liabilities. Repayment of capital installments resulting from the loan agreement wil l be made quarterly in the period from March 2025 to December 2040. The Bank will make the loan available to the Ordering Party immediately after the conclusion of the agreement, but no later than 31.12.2024. The Ordering Party does not provide for the possibility of repaying loan installments in foreign currencies.
