Description - Description: The purpose of taking out a loan of up to PLN 3,908,253.00 is to finance the deficit of the Municipality's budget and repay the incurred liabilities. Repayment of capital installments resulting from the loan agreement will be made quarte rly in the period from March 2028 to December 2035. The Bank will make the loan available to the Ordering Party immediately after the conclusion of the agreement, but no later than 31.12.2024. The Ordering Party does not provide for the possibility of repaying loan installments in foreign currencies.
