Description - Council is seeking suitably qualified persons and location for the holding of animals as part of the pound process. Animals are to be held for usually up to 4 days, sometimes longer if the animal has been seized.The services to be provided include th e provision of shelter, food, and reasonable care of the animals trusted into your care. The facilities are to be maintained and appropriate to the animals that are to be kept within them.
