Description - Description: The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following:Construction of a 300m sq, single story, wooden construction with some steel reinforcement building to house Lemurs in the magnetic hill zoo. Building and site wi ll include interior and exterior animal holding areas, animal exhibit viewing areas, and public viewing / gathering areas.Relocation of two (2) existing lemur exterior outdoor metal arched enclosures (approximately 35’L x 26’W x 15'H in size) and attach chutes to building.Complete Architectural, Civil, Landscaping, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical work required within as required to facilitate new construction.
