Description - Description: The overall objective of the project is to contribute to improving the population's access by the project proponent (Southern Region Water Board (SRWB)) to reliable, sustainable and affordable water supply services with particular focus on Liwonde and Balaka towns. In addition, the project is intended to harness the energy from the Mulunguzi Dam. The objectives of this contract are to: (i) assist the project proponent in achieving the overall project objective and in implementing the project in an efficient, effective, coordinated and sustainable manner; (ii) improve the performance of the project proponent in terms of its technical capacity, environmental and social management
