Description - Description: This consultation aims to select a technical inspection office (or group) for the energy renovation of the École nationale supérieure d’ingénieurs du Mans (ENSIM). The requested missions are as follows: L, SEI, PS, P1, F, Pha, Th, H and, LE, Av; ATT HAND, VIEL. The ENSIM building, with approximately 5000 m² of floor space, is an R+1 L-shaped building dating from 1995 which constitutes a 3rd category ERP of type R. The main objective of the operation is a thermal rehabilitation of the envelope on an occupied site by achieving a gain on heating of at least 56% and a maximum Cep of 75 kWhep/m².year (10 kg CO2.m²shon.year for CO2 emissions).
