Description - Description: This consultation aims to select a technical control office (or group) for the renovation of building B of the Central School of Nantes. The missions requested are as follows: L, SEI, PS, P1, F, Pha, Th, Hand, LE, Av; ATT HAND, OLD. Buil ding B was delivered in 1977, with most of the campus, the work of architects L. Arretche and JM Lepinay. Since then, it has not undergone any major renovation work. It is an R+1 of 2000 m² SP.
