Description - Description: The contractor must provide the client with scientific support in updating the area development plan and with regard to aspects of the technical development of grid connection systems, offshore wind turbines and other systems for generat ing energy at sea. According to Sections 5ff of the Offshore Wind Energy Act (WindSeeG), the BSH is responsible for drawing up, amending and updating the area development plan (FEP). The FEP makes technical planning decisions for the years from 2026 for the exclusive economic zone (EEZ) and, if applicable, the coastal sea. As the planning horizon of the FEP progresses, the topic of dismantling or the subsequent use of areas and connection systems
