Description - Description: The purpose of the file is to establish the framework for contracting communications services that ENAIRE will require for the correct provision of the air traffic service it performs.As a whole, the entire Air Navigation System has elem ents to provide communications in different centers distributed throughout the national geography.The file consists of 3 lots.
