Description - Description: The subject of the procurement is the provision of medical services as temporary work to supplement the 24-hour primary health care at Oulaskangas Hospital in the North Ostrobothnia Welfare Region.The services are based on the provisions of the Health Care Act (1326/2010), the Government Decree (583/2017, Emergency Service Decree) and the Organisation Act.
