Description - Description: The subject of the procurement is the provision of medical services as temporary employment to supplement the 24-hour primary health care of the Oulaskangas Hospital in the North Ostrobothnia Welfare Region.The services are based on the provisions of the Health Care Act (1326/2010), the Government Decree (583/2017, Emergency Service Decree) and the Organization Act. The service must be implemented in accordance with the relevant legislation in force at the time.The Ministry of Social Affairs and Health has granted the North Ostrobothnia Welfare Region an exemption to organize 24-hour primary health care on-call service at the Oulaskangas Hospital in Oulainen for the period 1.4.-
