The electrical systems are properly maintained and in good condition. However, the following systems have achieved their tec hnical lifespan or no longer correspond to today's regulations and must be replaced:- USV systems / emergency and safety lighting (no longer according to the regulations)- Control KNX → button, dimmer, control panel, etc. no longer available- Lighting: The luminous bays are not energy -efficient and spare parts are no longer available.- The security systems should be updated, at least as far as the central elements (server etc.) are concerned.
