Description - Description: The framework agreement is used for the purchase of IT consulting services within meter data system competencies. This means IT consultants who, in addition to knowledge of meter data, have experience with IT and data within meter data, especially within Meter Data Management (MDM), especially IT solutions that perform automatic electricity meter reading and subsequent processing and transmission of these readings.
