Description - Description: A framework agreement is being offered with 2 suppliers for the purchase of seasonal influenza vaccine for children and adults.According to the approved Summary of Product Characteristics (SPC), the vaccine must be an egg- or cell-based seasonal influenza vaccine indicated for children and adults. The virus strains used must, when the vaccines are delivered to SSI, be in accordance with the WHO's current recommendations for the northern hemisphere for the relevant season for seasonal influenza vaccines. The vaccines must be delivered in pre-filled ready-to-use syringes (i.e. in a presentation ready for injection, but it is not a requirement that a needle is attached or included)
