Description - Description: The tender is being carried out as a joint tender in accordance with Section 123 of the Danish Public Procurement Act, according to which the Folehaven department and the “rooftop housing department” have wished to coordinate the ten der for the construction tasks listed in this tender.It is hereby noted that a department in a housing organisation is financially independent of other departments and of the housing organisation, cf. Section 16(1) of the Danish Public Procurement Act. The departments are therefore also each independently responsible for all parts of the tender process, including compliance with the obligations under the Public Procurement Act, cf. Section 123(5)
