The Satisfactory certificates should declare the number of beds in that hospital and also the number of people the agency has provided. If the above criteria is not fulfilled the bid shall be rejected. 5 Others -- Work Exp in Reputed Org/Govt.Ins/Public Sector Cert. of satisfactory performance in the last 3yrs at-least 200 bed hospital for each of the last 3yr 9 Others Agency must be registered as service provider with the appropriate authority, registration certificate should be uploaded. The agency/ firm should have been providing similar kind of service for the last 3 years. 5 Others -- Agency must be registered as service provider with the appropriate authority (Reg.certi) and providing similar kind of service for the last 3 years. 10 Others The Tenderer should possess valid ISO 9001-2008, ISO- SA 8000:2008, OHSAS 18001:2007, certification for CLEANING Services.
